Terms of Service.
These terms govern the use of wajh.io and any engagement with Wajh, a web design studio operating in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Estimates & quotes
Figures shown by the journey assistant and on the services page are indicative ranges, not offers. A binding price applies only after a written quote is issued and accepted, specifying pages, languages, integrations, revisions and timing.
Payments & VAT
- Invoices are payable by bank transfer, BenefitPay, or card through CBB-licensed payment providers.
- Prices are subject to 10% Value Added Tax in accordance with National Bureau for Revenue (NBR) regulations, stated separately on every invoice.
- Client e-commerce builds are configured with CBB-licensed gateways (e.g. BenefitPay and card acquirers). Wajh never holds or processes cardholder data itself.
Consumer protection & e-transactions
We operate in line with Bahrain’s Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 35 of 2012) and the Electronic Transactions Law (Legislative Decree No. 54 of 2018). Deliverables, revision counts and timelines are stated in writing before work begins. “No surprises” is a legal position, not just a slogan.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered design and code transfers to the client. Wajh retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise. Concept pages on this site are fictional studio demonstrations.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
