Privacy Policy.

Wajh ("we") is a web design studio operating from the Kingdom of Bahrain. This policy explains how we handle personal data in line with the Bahrain Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 30 of 2018, "PDPL") and its regulations.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email, subject and message.
• Journey assistant: your name, business name, email, and the project preferences you choose (category, scope, features, budget range).
• Technical basics: a language-preference cookie and, for administrators only, a session cookie. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.

Why we collect it

Solely to reply to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and deliver the services you request. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.

Where it lives & how long

Data is stored with our hosting provider (Railway) and our email provider (Zoho), and kept only as long as needed to handle your inquiry or fulfil a contract, after which it is deleted upon request or during periodic clean-ups.

Your rights under the PDPL

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or object to its processing, by emailing [email protected]. We respond within ten working days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority (PDPA) in Bahrain.

Cookies

Two only: "lang" (remembers your language for one year) and an administrator session cookie. Neither tracks you across other websites.
